Do you never watch any Biblical movies? Like maybe Exodus, Samson and Delilah, Ben Hur or Barabbus??? All of which are replete with men in light weight colorful kilts (Yul Brynners version of PHARAOH who wouldn't "Let MOSES or his people go" in Exodus) normal skirted garments Barabbus and friends (prior to his being switched for Jesus) on the cross, Jesus' garb in Ben Hur where he gave water to Charlton Heston's character, etc. etc. etc.couyalair wrote:

There is a great deal to be said for making your own. You get final say in how you want it to look, and you get to set the fit precisely to yourself. There's also a good sense of accomplishment once one gets out and about in one's own creations. Good luck!DannyL wrote:Although since I am on winter break right now, I might take to sewing up a couple custom skirts for myself.
