I'm in (7th) Heaven

Post by skirts4me »

It might show how far behind Australia is but in the lead up to this Christmas I've seen parts of a couple of "7th Heaven" shows in which the local reverend was wearing a kilt. In the second show he was greeted enthusiastically by a guy wearing what appeared to be a camo utilikilt. The incident only lasted a few seconds but the other guy was clearly in a skirt type garment.

I think it shows if anything that Australia is well abreast of trends! You won't see many reverends in a kilt anywhere in the world, I suspect!
The only thing man cannot endure is meaninglessness.

There are some clergy who wear kilts, but I've yet to see one in a UK. 7th Heaven, by the way, is an American programme - just a small part of the 70-80% of air time on Australian TV, which I why I don't watch it very often.

Ah, I see what you meant! That you were seeing perhaps an old episode of a series.

You can see I don't watch much TV!
