Well, for the vouyers out there...

Red polo shirt, and black velvet broomstick skirt. Extremely comfortable, and nice and warm for these winter months.

Navy-blue polo shirt, navy-blue acrylic kilt, sandals (without socks). That's it if you discount the nail varnish (clear on hands and pearlescent on toes).

Tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt, trainers and white socks. I'm just on mt way out to the gym!

Yesterday, I took my dog to the vet's wearing a short blue rain mac, navy rain hat, straight navy skirt (sold as a part of a skirt-suit) and green wellingtons. Nobody seemed to notice me in the waiting room - although a couple of people did pet my dog. The vet did a double take when he saw me but said nothing and shook my hand afterwards.

Mid-calf denim skirt (which I wear a lot around the house and garden) and tee-shirt.

I've taken the cat to the vet wearing a denim Union kilt (me, not the cat). The cat didn't want to wear a skirt or green wellies :) The vet and her female helper said nothing.

Boots with skirt

Post by knickerless »

I must admit I always wear a skirt when I have wellies on. Trousers and wellies never feel comfortable - tucking them inside they feel tight and trying to put the trousers over the outside of the boots is nigh on impossible. With a skirt there is no such problem

At the moment, got an orange t-shirt on, navy blue pleated knee-length skirt, and a pair of navy blue trouser sox. Got a few errands to run this morning, so may throw on the black survival UK and head out...

Here in Essex, as in much of England, we've had pretty lousy, rainy weather for the last 2 months or so. Not fun to be out in, even in a skirt. However, today has been dry, and I am wearing a light rayon [viscose] skirt, tie-dyed with blue, purple and black being the main colours. Now that I am in slippers, the skirt just touches the floor.

Also a T-shirt. Slippers, no socks.

Dark blue denim CitySkirt, 17-inch length; college tshirt; and crocs. I'll be wearing this into town later this afternoon to run some errands.

Burgundy 17" home-made mini, burgundy dress shirt (looks like a two-piece dress), white shorty-socks, and plain black mens' loafers. Going out shortly, too.

Currently:

University of Tennessee t-shirt
navy blue a-line mini
Cronert over-knee black/white polka-dot socks worn as knee-highs.

Temperature is in the upper 70s, and the sox are made of a fabric that has a cooling effect, so everything's comfortable.
