My skirt from Thailand
I just picked up my skirt I ordered on an ebay site someone mentioned here recently.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=018&item=280013331095&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1
It cost me 46.27 U.S. dollars (approx. 24.50 British Sterling).
I'll work on getting a picture of it here in the next day or so.
The material is really nice, the sewing is very good and the styling is quite nice also.
I'd say it's worth it.
There is a slight pucker at the bottom of the zipper when I slouch or spread my legs out to the sides, but that's the only thing I can find that I would like to see different. This would require I order the XL instead of the L, or submit more measurements and pay extra for custom tailoring.
It's like my Cityskirt...
The Cityskirt is another great skirt, but there's small things I might change.
Buying clothing without actually being there to be measured, or trying it on, means you have to accept that the tailor is working out a product that will fit the most people it can. Different bodies within the same size category means some will fit better than others.
Did I really need to say all that?
a bit long-winded huh?
I wanted to add that I did get a fabric belt with it too. It's the one tied about the waist in the photos.
The back pockets will work fine... once I lose a couple of extra pounds or 'firm up my buttocks', LOL
