Skirting in Utah and Idaho
Skirting in Utah and Idaho
Traveled on business (and a little pleasure) to Utah and Idaho last week and spent more than half my time in skirts (no kilts). I had anticipated that there might be some level of disapproval as both Idaho and Utah are very conservative. What surprised me was that there was no reaction by anyone to a skirt. No second looks, no frowns, no one pointing it out, nothing. I was in big towns, small towns, rural bars and grills, nothing -- nada -- no one cared. Much more skirt friendly than DC or the midwest (other than Madison, WI). I wondered if it was the western attitude about many things -- that is, don't bother me and I won't bother you.

That's a surprise to me. I'd have thought Utah would be so unskirtfriendly because of the recent problems one former member had with his Mormon family and friends because of just a Macabi skirt. Good news though..Glad to hear it.

I had to remove this signature as it was being used on Twitter. This is my OPINION, you NEEDN'T AGREE.

That had little to do about the Macabi Skirt and everything to do about control.Since1982 wrote:That's a surprise to me.
