I can't say I am an expert on celebrities but it sure looks like her, no idea what show its from though, but I guess it makes sense.

None other. I woukd not have guessed but yes it's her and it's Tomorrows World.
It was exciting at the time but Orwell was closer to the truth. He was 40 years early that's all.

Orwell was actually surprisingly spot on as far as timing. Look when the real descent into oblivion began -- in the early 1980s. We can actually use the deposition of the Shah of Iran as the trigger event for the whole catastrophe.

Some of their predictions were pretty good. The smart watch with Internet connection was spot on. The video entertainment system has come to pass too. The portable printer wasn't quite so accurate.
