[It looks as if someone has found a new transport system. It looks interesting, even fun, but I do not think the inventor had skirt wearers in mind.

An inverted bicycle monorail of sorts - aye mini-kilt wearers beware the hem line !
Hope the contraption is ventilated one could get quite overheated in that plastic enclosure.

"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
