Don't knock the "humble" reed organ
What we often see are the older two rank home organs, usually worn out and wheezy, however when a good builder of such instruments puts out one of these as a serious practice instrument, or for a church instrument--- this is the pre electronic predecessor of the Allen. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUJ-7jXX ... re=related
I've wanted one of these for some decades but do have an Estey 2 manual with full 30 note pedalboard but have to concede that the English brought the instrument to it'f full potential. Now, for something different! Who needs to go to the gym. when you could pump an old pipe organ, especially for a full recital
