The man seated says in Spanish "No women are allowed to wear miniskirts in this office."
"Why not? says the girl.
"Because from now on, the men will be wearing skirts."
This is probably south American, and the comments below the video are, sadly, as stupid as you can get; machos rejecting out of hand such a ridiculous notion as men in skirts.

It was funny, no doubt...I'd have enjoyed it more if those "men" had not been quite as "swishy"..Nice skirts tho..
