"One size fits all" they say!

Ha ha !!!

If I were cylinder-shaped (which this skirt appears to be), I'd have made myself a hundred skirts by now for a fraction of the price. But I am not, so my skirts have to be shaped at the waste, which makes the work more complicated, but with a little extra affort and time, I can make a skirt that FITS me -- and I would not expect it to fit "all".

And what are those dangling tapes for anyway?

They are the closures for the pockets, because of the double 'D' rings
attached to the flap over the pocket.
One size fits all!
Yeah - right ;)
Not everyone is as skinny as a tooth-pick :)

Over all, the style is not to bad. Did you notice that the shipping
point is from South Korea :?:

Such a Deal ;)

Part of the enjoyment of skirts to me is the feel I get of them moving on my bare legs. I can't imagine why anyone would wear thick black pants under a skirt unless it was really cold there. And if so, heavy pants and a long heavy coat seems a better choice in snow or sleet. :D I can also understand pants under a skirt if the wearer has thick wooly leghair that might not look so good, or at least he doesn't think it does. :D Personally, I think wooly leg hair is as macho as it gets. My feelings on that come from not having any leg hair and wondering what that would be like. I have no leg hair, very little arm hair and sparce facial hair. Only thick hair I have is on my head. :D

I never understood why people would wear pants under a skirt either..... One may wear leggings which is better than pants. And like you I like the feel of the skirts moving around my legs. Besides one reason I like skirts is to stay cool and not sweat so why would I wear pants with my skirt.

I remember a time no so long ago when it was considered sexy to have a lot of body hair... For some reason it is not the case any longer. But this may change. I am not very hairy as well. Like many other things what looks good and does not look good is subjective and based on the trend of the times.

Now I can eplain why one would, and SHOULD wear pants under this skirt,Ijust recieved mine today, and thought how nice, then tried to put on *&%%^$$# were the first words that came to mind ,a two panel item ,one panel separeted by an 11 1n. slit in back. when drawn tight the panels overlapped by 2-3 in if going regimental I see two outcomes !. go directly to jail and if its cold you wont pass urine,or 2.people will wonder why you have two belly buttons    :blue: Gael

Well, Gael, you could stand in front of a mirror and punch anything that bothers you. Depending on your point of view, the reflection might punch you back.. :D :D :D :D :D In American boxing clubs that's called "shadow boxing"..

Gael,

Any chance of a couple of pictures that illustrate the construction? I'm wondering whether it could be turned into a useful skirt or used as a starting point for a proper skirt. (No need to wear it if you can illustrate the issues with it on a hanger or flat).

Have fun,

Ian.

Thanks for the warning Gael.
Six negatives and five neutrals on eBay within the last month, add to that a bad attitude.
I will certainly avoid ever dealing with this seller.
