My favorite skirts
These are some of my favorite skirts with the pattern that I do wear when it is not cold enough to wear wool kilts.

Some nice plaid or check patterns and colours there, but the skirts that show the hem look awfully short! I like the pleats though.

Nice cuts and pleats, but that last one's so short that if I tried wearing it nobody'd have any problem telling I'm a guy.
However, if you've mastered it, congratulations; you're certainly more adventurous than this old fart.

Well the skirt is about 14-15 inches long, but I wear it at the hips so the hem is about one inch above my knee. I am a short guy (5' 8") and I have short legs, but nice and muscular. So the length is not a problem there. If I were wearing this skirt at the waist line it would be way too short for me. (I do not go more than 2 - 3 inches above the knees). This is the advantage of being a short guy. The two other skirts fit more like a kilt. All my kilts cannot be longer than 19" to fit properly....
The thing that I want to note here is the quality of the fabric of those skirts. The three are made of synthetic (polyester, Rayon) fabrics but it is so soft and comfortable. I wish I could have shorts and Bermudas that are made of such a nice fabric. Like always women clothes are of much better quality than mens.....
