This person is named Phil Hellmuth and he is one of the top poker players in the world. He has more records than anyone else, won more tournaments and more money from poker than anyone on the planet. Now if he could just get his "Poker Brat" tongue in check, he'd be a terrific person. He refers to himself as a Poker Brat, as if that somehow excuses his rants and antics. One of the "other" big mouth poker players(Mike "The Mouth" Matesow) is at this same table and is actually trying to slow Hellmuth down. Hellmuth was given a $25,000.00 fine for this activity on this occasion at the 2009 World Series Of Poker Main Event $10,000.00 buy-in Tournament. He also apologised during his rant, and continued ranting away, as if the apology would make it all OK. It didn't.
