Walgreens Weekly Ad

Post by Uncle Al »

check out the skirt/cover up at a great price :!:

This would make a nice 'Under-Kilt' or Kilt/Skirt 'protector'

Suggestion, tell folks what one of the 20 pages it's on...I get Wallgreen flyers every week, they go right in the garbage, I'd like to see it, but care not to wade thru 20 pages of vitamins etc. to find it.

Hi, I was at Walgreens today and picked up their current ad for this area May 17 - May 23. Paged all the way thru it and didn't see any wraps. I have had a terry wrap/skirt made by a local seamstress with velcro at the waist. Back to tpoic - I wonder if they have different
advertisements for different areas?

FYI -
Specific Ad page is 10 of 20 pages!
Color options - Black or Pink
Apparently one -1- size fits all ! ? !
2 for $3.00 a good deal.

Walgreens is such a large pharmacy covering most of North America - it would no doubt
have regional/sectional advertisements. I.E. you would not see beach thongs advertised
in Alaska nor eskimo mittens/gloves in Florida.

rm
"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !

Yes, it is on page 10 of the ad. The have 4 sizes - Small, Medium,
Large and Extra-Large. They have Red, White, Light-Blue, Dark-Blue,
Black and Heather Grey. I guess they only printed two colors
to save ad-space.

Maybe the 'ad' is regional, but I just punched in the Zip-Code that
was my mother's in north-eastern Indiana. Same ad, same page and
same items.

I originally thought that the 'link' I provided, would take you to the
page that I copied the link for.....Oh-Well, so much for that thought

frankly, i just wear a half-slip.

it's made for the purpose
it's thinner material makes it physically "invisible"
they come in whatever color & length you need
they're cheap as dirt if you look in thrift stores and ebay
you know... george orwell warned us!

Yes ! I see it. I saw this a couple of times and overlooked it due to the size of the pic. I assumed the clothes in that block were for kids - not so. I'll go look today to see what my store has.

I bought 5 sets. $15.00 total + tax all but one in black in Extra large. Soooooo...if anyone comes up short, I might be able to help. They are back ordered at my store but I'll get them next week. They are terry cloth. I don't know how well they'd do for an underskirt unless it was cold. 8)

The one's that I purchased are made of a fleese type of material,
like a heavy weight T-Shirt or one-legged work-out shorts.

They work great under my kilts. The comfort is supurb! Lets
the air in, heat out and FREEDOM :!:
