As I have opined previously, the average person isn't likely to discern whether an indecent exposure by a skirted/kilted man is accidental or intentional. To that person, the fact that you are skirted is already cause for suspicion. Either way, it is a criminal offense, and obviously would not generate favorable press for our collective fashion choice. As previosly said, there are plenty of opportunities for going commando that do not involve any risk of public exposure. Even if you're getting some thrill from engaging in a risky behavior, please think twice about it.
