Are you posting from a computer with a modern browser? Both Firefox (my personal browser) and IE (the work standard) spell check for me. In fact, FF just marked your deliberate misspelling.Big and Bashful wrote:(Is there a spelling checker on this site? I am not sure of a couple of spellingks, that answers that, there isn't!)

Re: BMI versus Skirt length
I'm puzzled by that comment; if the skirt doesn't have belt loops, what prevents it from sliding down and leaving you just wearing the belt?Sinned wrote: I use a radical invention called a belt, irrespective of whether the skirt has belt loops of not.
There is no such thing as a normal person, only someone you don't know very well yet.
Re: BMI versus Skirt length
The tightness of the belt and the friction between the belt and the skirt holds the skirt up. Unless, of course you have big pockets with lots of heavy stuff in them to drag the skirt in a downwards direction or the skirt is a very slippery material, in which case some frequent tugging and adjustment is required. Trust me, I have a lot of experience of this with both trousers and skirts, it does work!
I believe in offering every assistance short of actual help but then mainly just want to be left to be myself in all my difference and uniqueness.

Skirt length for me is dependent on my mood and what I'm doing. I have skirts from floor length to "only just long enough when standing" (and definitely too short to sit in in public
. For those who worry about such things, I am 6' 3" tall and, according to my doctor a week or two back, have a BMI of 28. Like Sinned, I pay no attention to BMI. A good friend of mine had=s been body building for over 30 years and has a BMI of 46! His body fat is close to zero and for anyone accidentally bumping into him it is like waling into a wall; no give at all.
Have fun,
Ian.
I don't know what browser you are using B&B, but I use Chrome and have loaded the English spell checker. It works on any site where I enter text. I believe I had something similar when I used Firefox.Big and Bashful wrote:Is there a spelling checker on this site? I am not sure of a couple of spellingks, that answers that, there isn't!)

Do not argue with idiots; they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
