When my wife and I ere in India a couple of years ago, I bought sever lunghis in Kerala, and wore them til we got to Delhi. Any one here worn these great garments in the States or the UK? Any reactions?

A lunghi is very much like a sarong, sulu, kain, kikoy, kikoi, tupenu, and dozens of other wrap style tuck in combination swim trunks, fishing skirt, ball gown, tablecloths, carryall bags that people in indigineous countries use for nearly everything. I spent a lot of years in the Pacific Rim countries and there are many renditions in use. They are a GREEEEAT (as in Tony the Tiger) addition to any skirted mans closet. :D
