Just bought a new skirt
Just bought a new skirt
I was out with my wife on Saturday and was in a garden centre looking around when I discovered in the clothing section, it actually annoys me that they sell so much non gardening products these days, a wonderful line in skirts made of a mix of cotton and polyester but very soft and lightweight. My wife was elsewhere looking at the time. We met up later and she asked me was there anything I fancied so in one of my more courageous moments brought her over to the clothing section.
She has in the past helped me buy the odd thing but usually under some protest. She actually liked the skirts and we even discussed sizes and colours. It ended with her holding the skirts up too me and agreeing that a large size should be ok and then said that she might wear it too.
When we got home I wanted to try it on but the usual comment came out, not in front of her please. How can I get her to change her views?

It sounds as if she may see your interest in skirts as crossdressing. You might consider starting with a Utilikilt or some othe kilt or skirt that is either made expressly for men or is marketed as unisex. You might also "accidentally" leave the computer on with the Kommando Kilts or Anderson Kilts or Utilikilt or Macabi for Men webpage open. Expose her to the concept of masculine men wearing skirted garments. I know I'm not relationship-intelligent, but it might help. You never know.
