I found this group of photos on flickr, and wondered if this short kilt wearer is amongst us as a forum member. If so - great photos!

The first thought that came to mind was the Skortman:

But this persons attire is pretty much tartan short kilts.
The hem length of the kilts is rather neutral and he wears
his kilts at a lower waist line not at the navel.
Note the only weather scene missing is winter.
Now that would be a challenge!
