Welcome Jerome. I like the "Avatar" that you and Zazzie both use.

Thank you Colin,

the "avatar" we both use is a modified toilets' avatar. The original one is the perfect representation of what existed a century ago : women = skirts and men = trousers and it couldn't be otherwise.

For women, nowadays, it's not anymore true and we hope that for men it will be the same very soon.

Sorry for not coming very often but I try to come regularly. I haven't got much time to come and discuss with you all because I am working on the English translation of jerome's website and it takes time to do it.

I invite you to come and see the section " the skirt...History" that I finished to translate (at least the present articles).

Have a good night (or day for those elsewhere than france and UK )

Welcome Zazie and Jerome, to the cafe, the door is always open, the fire is burning, nice and warm and the other visitors are very welcoming.

Very nice to hear from you.

The internet translater:
http://babelfish.altavista.com/
May be handy for any wanting to conversat in other languages, BUT the translation is not always correct.

The message I give is BE YOURSELF. Only then can you be really happy and satisfied with your self. So wear what YOU want.
I love your avatar, the woman and man, both changing from pants to a skirt.

From the Netherlands, near to you.

The english on the site is very good.

If I may correct some spelling on your site, "At home, to go shopping........
A man is the same man in a pair of pants or a skirt. It is only the way people look at him that makes the difference.

a song

Post by zazie87 »

Hello everybody,

sorry for my absence but you know what it's like , children, looking for a job, translations... I was a bit busy but tonight I 'm back and hope that you are all well.

I heard about a song on men in skirt sang by a group called "supergreek". the song is a parody of "men in black" but I can't understand all the song. If someone could giveme the lyrics of the song in english so that i could translate it for Jerome.

Thanks for your help.
By the way, a new article was made on jerome in a french free newspaper and french radios talked about him; all is on jupeskirt.eu and I will translate it as soon as we have the author's authorization.

have a good night or day.

hello everybody,

hope everything is ok for each of you. As I can see nobody wants to help me with this song  I will do it myself then (if I can find the song somewhere).

I don't know if you know it but the skirt ( for men ) is spoken in a lot of french medias and that's a good thing ! it was spoken on newspapers ( metro, Liberation) on radios (RMC ) and quitea few others contacted us and the association : Europe 1 , RCF ( a religious radio !) and a national channel : france 2 for the lunch breaking news !
This morning, the president of the french association "men in skirts" (HeJ in frnch) was interviewed on Europe 1 radio.

As far as newspapers are concerned, I am working on the translation so be patient, it will be avalaible soon.

if someone is able to help me with the song "men in Skirts" he will be welcome.
that's all for today.
have a good week end .

No joy!

I'm sorry Zazie - I tried to play the clip but I can't understand the words either. I even asked my wife to listen to it (her hearing is better than mine) but still no joy. :(

Maybe one of the other fellows will have a better audio capability? (I'm listening to my tinny laptop speakers.)

Hello I am from France too and discovered the joy of women's clothing 8 years ago.
After having been in a bad relationship four to two years ago ,where my lunatic ex mind-controlled me :hide: in disliking my wardrobe (regular and 'extended'), gave most of it to charity shops including my preferred trousers for work  , had me sell other apparel on eBay, and grabbed the interesting remains for her... I miss mostly a denim dress, a tennis skirt and a plaid pleated b&w mini. I am almost restarting from scratch, this time with less rebel genderbending desires (about this past, I will not say anything forbidden by rules #5 and #6 ).
I spent two weeks in a long, A-line, red skirt last summer, loved it, and had a few positive comments.
Let's jump to http://www.skirtcafe.org/forums/viewtop ... 65&t=10550 for my next skirt that I would like to wear.

I'd love to have seen what 4 or 5 of our members had to say but, unlike you Zazie, they chose to post in a language I don't understand, which I think is somewhat rude. Now, had they posted in French AND English I wouldn't have been made to feel like an idiot because I don't speak/read French. :(

:welcome:

Glad you've joined us, Zazie, welcome to you and your man to our site!
