There are a few things about the sequence of photographs that piqued my curiosity. True, at first blush it looks like the lad is quite a distance into the "cross-dressing" realm (we need to figure out a term that doesn't carry any derogatory weight for that), but a few things stick out:
1) He's not terribly good at handling the hells; take a look at the way he carries himself, especially the way his legs are working, and his overall posture clearly indicates an "overcorrection" problem". To me, this indicates he's inexperienced with the footwear. was this his first time out with those? Was he doing this on a dare? Did he lose a bet?
2) Yes, he's got a ponytail, but plenty of guys have ponytails these days, myself included, and I'm not feminine looking, nor is my hair. It's where he's got the pony set -- he's wearing it "high" which is unusual for a guy. If he'd had tied "low" would the comparison be made?
3) The expression on his face is a complete enigma. He's not showing
any expression at all -- the closest I can think of is boredom. This, too, makes me wonder if the whole thing was staged. I'd think it unlikely that he's trudging to work (or class), especially with the heels that he doesn't seem to have mastery over (that's an invitation to problems later in the day), and the angles that the photographs were taken from (for some reason) say to me, "this was staged".
Stu -- you're a trained observer -- what's your opinion of the circumstances surrounding the subject of the pictures? Where do you think it was taken? (I enjoy picking pictures apart to figure out their context and where they were taken.)
Off topic: I especially liked the photograph that two pokes at the "next >>" link produced. I like cats.
