Let's see if anyone can top this.
I wore a black, ribbed, calf length slim skirt with black thigh high nylons and flat heeled sandals and a dark blue nylon shirt to appear for a jury duty call. I carried a black leather fanny pack as a purse and had on a silver necklace and gold ID bracelet as well.
I wasn't impersonating a woman.
I was clearly flat chest with short hair and a man and did not pretend to be anything but a man.
Oh, I had on a black nylon men's undershirt with a black half-slip under it but normal, men's jockey underware.
I talked with the people around me and acted like nothing was wrong. Nor did anyone try and interfere with me.
I suppose (and I called ahead to make sure I could do this) that under the civil rights acts from 1968 (U.S.A.) and the recent rulings about gay, lesbian and transgender right they didn't dare make an issue of it.
It makes me wonder what other skirted men in the U.S.A. are so worried about.
