We've had some problems with the video player not working on some systems. Namely Apple hardware, and those of you who use Firefox browsers might also have experienced viewing difficulties. If you can, you should use Explorer as your browser, that'll play it. Or you can change your config in the 'settings' tab below the player and that'll make it work. I hope! Sorry for thos who've not seen it. We'll try to resolve these teething probs ASAP.
