Nice Skirts on Amazon

Post by John P. »

I tend to post here when I find something that I've either ordered or seen. This time, I ordered two skirts for kicking around a bit, from Andrew Christian:

Olive Drab

and item

Camouflage

I stripped out any referrer codes from the URLs.

They were relatively well built (some loose threads), one big pocket, some stretch in the fabric, and elastic on the waistband (some here will like this). They are probably overpriced as the thread ends were not clipped, and the pockets do not have any snaps. There is one D-ring, and a drawstring at the bottom. And belt loops.

They are both identical, except the fabric. The first picture looks more like a pencil skirt, but they are actually more like the second.

Maybe we should post skirt/kilt reviews on here? Could get interesting...

Both skirts look good to me.

I looked on Amazon.co.uk - nothing like as good as the .com version, just a few links to other sites.

I've found just the skirt I want in a bag destined for the charity shop. 37" long, a long hem so that it hangs in what look like pleats, beautiful. One tiny snag, it's 4" too small for my waist :( so I'm looking for a larger version.
