Styling a maxi skirt into an asymmetric skirt

Post by DrFishnets »

I love the look of asymmetric skirts and I was wondering how to style a regular maxi skirt into an asymmetric skirt and came across this video on YouTube. Some MIS might not like this style and find it too feminine but I think it looks good and adds a bit of style. My favourite is the 2nd style she models on the video.

How to get a style on a budget.
No bad for an 11 year old video :)

I tried this today on one of my black maxi skirts and instead of using pins I put a belt on that keeps the skirt adjusted to an asymmetric style. I wore it out in public with my rigger boots and a pair of black fishnet tights.

Always amazed how adaptable a skirt can be.
Daily, a happy man in a skirt...
