Special Days Special Clothes to Wear

Post by mr seamstress »

A new Year to start celebrating national and International days anew. When people want us to justify our choice of the clothing we wear, we can have fun just choosing any of these days to justify our choices, beside the fact we do need these days for own justification, but for the public having a reason to justify our choice,
There is the national I forgot day. Think about that one. Just choose whatever you want to wear and tell people you forgot what you suppose to wear on i forgot day. Some of these days you can have fun playing with public minds. You can make their minds swirl from all these special days.
One can claim celebrating no pants day by wearing a dress or skirt.
We have National Wear yellow Day. What is interesting here yellow is branded be worn every Friday or any cause you choose. There is no restriction what type of garment you can wear, just need to be color yellow.
We have the famous Wear Red Dress Day, known in part for heart health for women. This day needs to known for heart health for males equally and having men wear red dress also. Lay claim our heart matters also by wearing a red dress.
There is this National Wear it Green Day. Choose your color and any culture to claim your right to wear what you want to wear.
We have this celebration for manhood, National Wear a Toga Day. WE have our special day in celebrating our manhood and we don't have to be in pants in celebrating our special day. Just like Latina girls have Quinceañeras celebrations, we men need to have are Toga celebrations of are manhood. Unfortunately majority of public ignore our special day. Can we wear just a regular dress to celebrate this special day? Do we have to wait for one special day be able to justify to wear a dress? I believe in celebrating any and every day, regardless calendar says what day it is. Today a clerk ask me if I was celebrating St. Patrick's Day early. I told her no, because not everyone celebrate Christmas on Dec. 25th. Some wait celebrate special days when they all can get together and eliminated all the stress and making that day more special.

I think one of the best times to start wearing a skirt daily, is in the summer. Instead of wearing shorts in the heat, wear a skirt. You have logic with you and if you continue, by the time autumn and winter roll around, people will have just accepted that you wear skirts.

If you are looking for single day reasons, Halloween is a gift.
Daily, a happy man in a skirt...

I like MrS's post. By adding special days, there's a fun aspect which adds to your own day and gives a fun reason to make another purchase.

You don't nèed a reason though. Equality.

It’s Guy Wears Skirt and Tights Day every day for me most days anyway.
My name is Arty. I’m a guy with a passion for wearing skirts, dresses and tights and a hobbiest musician and artist. 8)

And of course we can't forget:
National Skirt Day on March 10th, more info: https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/skirt-day/
the only problem with that is its usually a bit wintry here in the uk then so no hiding in plain sight amongst the shorts wearers available.

Also known as Rokjesdag which is a Dutch term for skirts day https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rokjesdag in case anyone is interested.

But of course on here we shouldn't need an excuse to wear a skirt but some may benefit from a bit of encouragement now and then (me included when in public sometimes).

Last year i went to Exmouth in Devon for a naked boat trip. The trip featured in the Sun newspaper. Anyway the boat took us up the river to Topsham where on the quay side were the red dress group.

My group were all completely naked on the top deck. On the quayside I saw loads of men wearing red dresses and many in lingerie, stockings, corsets, slips etc. It looked great fun, as well as being for a good cause.

They are there every year I’m told and it’s now expected that they will be quay side as we arrive.

So my question to myself was, next year do I join the red dress group in a slip dress or stay with the naked cruise! Great fun

Also known as "I'm a grown man and can choose my own outfit" Day. Also celebrated by toddlers, with amusing results. Hopefully my skirt/kilt outfits are better than a toddlers though.
