Mrs Mouse sent me this instagram link to me, of a guy showing how to wear a skirt he has designed. Kal, is apparently a queer designer from Boorloo, Western Australia.

That is the same concept as an 18th century petticoat, also known as a 'split side skirt', they became popular in the online sewing community about a year ago. The Japanese Hakama also uses the same closure style.

His design looks proportionate with his body.
