What feminine items do you wear?

I also don't really know how to categorize what is feminine these days.

I wear skirts, besides that, I like to incorporate pink accessories. For example: a pink canvas belt, pink socks, I also have 2 pink watches, which are from the women's collection.

Pink is just a color, but for some reason it's still generally considered feminine. There are sometimes pink items available in the men's department, but it's usually very limited. Most clothing stores offer the same white, gray, black, navy,... Go to the women's side and you'll find almost any color you want.

Would be nice to get pink included in your list. But at least a few items are available, which I regard as progress.

I recall somebody suggesting pink and black sunglasses, to help popularize pink for men.

One of the current problems I encounter, is other people in my family classing what I wear as feminine.

To me, anything I own is mine and part of the Mouse style, to be mixed with other items in my wardrobe, disregarding whatever side of the store it originally came from.

My main problem is a small part of my family which tells Mrs Mouse, what my mother thought of what I wore, on my last visit to see her. This limits me to more "Mouse at Work" style than "Mouse at Play". The weapon word of the moment seems to be "feminine".

If men can accept there's nothing wrong with being feminine then the power of the word will be lost. With that in mind, can you establish that labeling you as feminine doesn't bother you and then question their use of the word?

Barleymower, you hit the nail squarely on the head. For many of us, myself included, the idea of being labeled as feminine is rather uncomfortable, no matter how much we deny it. It's like being called gay, even though we affirm that there's nothing wrong with being either feminine or gay, we just don't care to be referred to by those terms. Volumes could be written on the various reasons why but that doesn't make it any less true.
For those who would argue about the correctness of this thinking, I would say up front it's not all of us by any means, but I'm sure it's more than just a couple.

To me, I do not give a monkeys what you call me. I love my style and am so happy progressing it and adding new items to it by making or buying things. Members in the cafe that peruse my "Mouse at work and play" picture posts, get to see the full range of the Mouse style, even up to "Extravagant Mouse", which we discovered last week. Whereas this branch of my family only gets to see and interact with "Dull Mouse", which is a shame, but keeps the peace, while still wearing a skirt!!
