Leonardo da Vinci: I must admit I hadn't heard that before and an amazingly demanding bit of scoring it is, excellently performed by that counter-tenor.
That piece dates from a time when Castrati sang many of the major roles, as women were not allowed perform. Handel's 'Julio Caesari' is another example.
Nowadays such roles are frequently sung by counter tenors, but female divas are more usual

The mainstream rock bands I really did not care for. Back in the day I enjoyed CW McCall's ballads, and country music in general. Of course, throwing in some classical, too. Later, I found that I liked what Enya produced and her music was very relaxing. I also found enjoyment with Clannad and Exposé.

I am glad that I've discovered Lindsey Stirling and how she mixes a touch of classical music with pop.

My current go-to is Trance. The Intense album (2013) by Armin van Buuren is very uplifting for me and are his A State of Trance shows.

Final show of Intense: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-7OFftB43w

I am finding that the looping and fast beats Trance music provides can be calming for me when my mind is chaotic.

As so far as Chill, my current favorite is Nora en Pure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=El90OBILFBw

Though Armin van Buuren and Nora en Pure are both DJ's, they also produce their own music.
Manjaro Linux is my operating system. It's a rolling distribution based on Arch Linux.

One son plays regularly in GB with a Pogues tribute band called the 'Phogues'. They gig in large pubs regularly. Elder son also gigs with a pop group in and around Birmingham UK, Elder daughter plays solo traditional Celtic harp for festivals, weddings, funerals and such and has her own website. Younger daughter plays guitar for her local happy-clappy church every Sunday, so it's bedlam here when they all visit, but great fun of course.
It must be wonderful 'bedlam' to have such musical variety around you. I cannot play a single instrument but enjoy a wide variety of musical genre.

I recently bought myself a replica Fender Stratocaster David Gilmore Black Strat guitar and it’s awesome. I’ve been playing some Pink Floyd on it and loving it. Not only do I play keyboards/synths I play a bit of guitar too.
