Watched the video... it's old - from 2020. And frankly, I don't think the people they interview proved their point. The attention to it was kicked off by a recent tweet by them:

Not sure the photos depicted in the replies are helpful/realistic/etc... but it seems the majority of the replies were in support of men wearing what they want.
