Kilting in Glasgow
I happened to be in Glasgow this evening after a serious amount of hillwalking. I was meeting a friend, and I thought that wearing my grey kilt, grey & white rugby shirt, grey socks, brown sporran and brown shoes - and to mix things up, some very nice sheer Nude Wolford tights - would do the trick.
It certainly did, but not in the way imagined. I got to the restaurant with my (female) friend, and a bearded guy in his 20s asked me why I was wearing my kilt. I responded by saying “it’s Saturday and I thought why not”. He was effusive in his compliments. He said that is f**king awesome and that looks so f**king amazing. I love it!
One very happy and contented Ray. Legs still sore...

I’m relaxed with the F-bomb. It’s normal. I drop a few myself, but I don’t season my language with them. He was just enthusiastic, which was warmly welcomed.
