Yeah, pretty much. No ice storms, anyway, at least not in Phoenix.

My only phone is the one that plugs into the wall.
I wore my cargo skirt out from late morning until now because my remote outdoor temperature sender said it was in the upper 60s F and a glace out the window showed me the wind wasn't blowing too much (a big change from "summer" in SF).

Pretty much. It rarely dips below freezing in the winter at night, and winter days can be in the 80's. Of course that's central and southern AZ - go up north to the higher altitudes and you can experience more "traditional" winter weather, complete with snow, ice, and all the trimmings. Skiing, even.

I wear skirts outside when it's weather for shorts and such.. I don't let an app regulate my life either.. But it's a nice thing to have and plan for the coming days. I'm in a LAT relation with my girlfriend and it's nice to know what clothes to pack when I visit her for a couple of days. I'm still the decision maker but now it's based on some additional information.

For short skirts to be [accepted, ignored or commented on] I prefer nice weather. My day trips to stores, cities and such are away from my home town and I don't like to have a spare set of clothes in the car. That means that an outing will be done in the outfit I'll leave home with. This weekend I haven't wore any pants and could do everything in a skirt. Got one comment/question "are those jeans?" was the question. When I answered "No, That's a skirt!" I got the reply "Oh, It's more comfortable.." That reply from the other person was enough to end the conversation. (not to mention that I was checking out at the cashier of a supermarket and had to give my attention to paying for the things I bought) Other patrons and staff did not react openly..
