Do they have pricing or ordering info for any of these? The website doesn't seem to be up to date...

That's right, but you can mail them and ask your questions. Most of the old range is still availabled. You could even get a custom size for a few bucks extra.

I was looking over the Midas collections, and was impressed by the diversity and imagination. But given how rare skirted men are, I have to wonder if Midas is over extended. Which brings up a question-which designs are the most popular? The most profitable? Would it make sense to discontinue some designs, and concentrate on a few?

Depends on how they work. If they have them made, keep them in stock, and sell them as orders come in, then perhaps. If, on the other hand, they keep fabric and patterns on hand and cut and sew to order, then probably not. Keeping a drawer (or even a few) full of patterns isn't that big a deal, and they only need to keep enough of each fabric on hand to cover orders for that fabric across their entire range of styles/sizes.

Having bought quite a few of their skirts, I get the impression that Madas make skirts to order rather than keep a stock, which means that they don't seem to have any problems with custom skirt orders.

I have just tried to go onto the Midas website to order a skirt, the site seems to be broken, at least it isn't working right now. Dammit!
I will try emailling them to see what is going on, I can't remember what they registered at on Facebook, and can't find them there either.

I like #7 and #8 of 11. The tartan with the solid buckle, and the slanted 'pinstripe' one.

#5, #11 and #1 I'd likely wear if someone gave them to me for birthday or Christmas or something. :D

I have been told that it is very hard to get off Facebook, once you have put a nose in there, so their presence is no guaranty .

I sent an email, they are still going but have a problem with the site at the moment, once he is back at work he will get it sorted.
Pity the money I was going to spend has now been spent on a number of skirts off Ebay!

I remember them posting a new range on their Facebook page a couple of months ago.
Hopefully they add it to the website soon, if the price is right i'll consider buying one...or two!

The Midas website has dissappeared, I have emailled Lance at Midas, several days ago, no reply yet, I now fear the worst. I think I am going to have to keep my Midas cargo skirts for "best use" as I don't know anywhere else to buy custom made cargo skirts for the corpulent male. or for females with 44" waists when it comes to that.

Yeah, Midas had some fine garments to offer, build to order skirts in additional sizes for just 5 quid more. If you don't mind cargo kilts. You find them on sites like UTK, or Union Kilts in the UK or got-kilt.com with custom waist sizes. :D

I have a few kilts, but I do like a none pleated skirt with pockets, pleats do too much flying around when it gets windy, also the front aprons on my kiling kilt were not much use when the wind got strong, not a problem with a normal cargo skirt. Oh, and it gets windy a lot here.
