The caption reads " Men in a skirt at the Paris fashion week, after Dior Homme. Skirts are worn on pants (it was very cold) worn short to show the socks."
It may have been cold but why not tights or leggings, with or without socks?
The skirts do look good though I must admit - just lose the trousers.

The look works for me, but without the trousers/pants. Matching warm tights or stockings would have been perfect.
