What will they think of next?
Re: What will they think of next?
Looking forward to your Solent video, B&B.
Our frightful weather of the previous 2 days relented briefly the morning we visited Cobh and we could actually walk about without leaning into the wind with an umberella.
Right by the hard was one of the things you mention, 300+ yards long & a dozen stories above the waterline. The exquisite bronze of Annie Moore & her 2 brothers, (first emigrants to be processed through Ellis Is. in 1892) looks out on what she wouldn't have imagined in her wildest dreams. To compete with your racing J-class yachts I submit this sweet little gaffer, the only boat there to venture out up to then after the storms. After a World-Class lunch at the Gilbert restaurant we emerged to a whole fleet of spinnakers on the Hb. out of the Cork Y.C at Crosshaven, across the way. They say that what you fancy is either illegal, immoral or Fattening! T.
