Looking at pics. of people flaunting their underwear is not my idea of entertainment. If this was some sort of charity stunt, akin to Red Nose Day, it is lamentable that the males at least didn't don kilts or skirts. The ladies in question have no excuse whatsoever.

Agreed, Kirbstone. Why don't they just own up to it being a sophomoric stunt and call it skivvies day?

Sorry, but I'd love to take part in this sort of day of action, but showing off my skivvies to the world, no matter how lovely, will probably not go down too well with the world at large.

Perhaps a private version of this would be better - or not at all!

I've been trouserless on the train often enough, but either in a kilt for long journeys, or with my short cycling skirt locally, to cover my underwear.
