Doctors TV Show Skirts/kilts

Post by skirt24 »

I just watched a part on the Doctors TV show about skirts. They compared women who skirts or pants and asked the audience who they thought was more successful. The audience picked the woman in the pants but when the answer was the woman in the skirt. If skirts was mainstream for men here in the US I wonder what the results would have been? Now they also mentioned that they are healthier for the woman parts and allows that area to breathe.

Now the man Doctor on the show said he is going to start what he is going to call maninism(sp?). He said he is going to start wearing skirts and kilts on the show and even mentioned having a kilt day on the show. Whether or not this will happen we will just have to wait and see but it could be a good mainstream start here in the United States to show that it is okay for men to wear skirts and kilts without issue.

This is not the first time they have mentioned that our private areas need to breathe and must be cooler for men but this is my first time them saying the same for women. I just hope they carry out with the skirt/kilt episode like they said.

Indeed! Moreover, I hope they do so in a serious way and not in the usual frivolous or mocking style that one usually sees this portrayed in.

What channel/network is the show on, and do they have a URL for it?

Locally here it is NBC and they do have a website. www.thedoctors.com You just have to check your local listings.

Yes I hope they dont do it a "bad" way like most do. They usually start out sometimes humorous when doing topics but they then they say now here is the serious part and what you should know related to your health....

Here is the correct Link for the TV Show. http://www.thedoctorstv.com/

The other link is to an Insurance Company,
Woman have Fashion, Men have a Uniform.
A skirt wearer since 2004 and a full time skirt wearer since 2020.

Yes stay on the case and push them to do it. Im from Australia and we will not get the show here in Australia but for the men wearing shirt community you have to follow it through. From there it might filter through the media to other countries and we will then push it down here . Good luck we have to tell people it good to wear skirts.

Terry,

Would you elaborate please on the other subjects that were in this particular episode?

I have searched the show's website and could not find anything.

Thanks for the additional insight.

One of the other subjects on the show was the pregnant man. He started off as a woman and had the whole process done to change to a man.
They may not have the other part of the show talking about the skirts because there was not a lot time spent on it. Maybe you can find the complete show on one of the many video sites on the net.

I will be looking myself to see if I come across it.

I wonder if this doctor is already a skirt/kilt wearer at home? Maybe this is his way of going public?

I found the segment in the episode about Men wearing skirts/kilts. I'll try to link it here:

http://www.thedoctorstv.com/videolib/init/5095

If this link does not get you there, then you can go to website, clhoose "This Weeks Episodes" in the drop down about Episodes, look for "The Pregnant Man: After the Baby" then look for Show Synopsis. Scroll down to "Hot Headlines" then look for the "How should you dress if you want to impress". This will get you to an imbedded(?) video. The part about skirts it towards the end. BUT, it does get a good audience reply in the form of applause.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Kilted Hoosier. With my PC issues trying to install a game I kinda became disgusted with the computer for a while.
