I quote this bit of text from their recent catalog. The garment shown is a slightly pleated 22" cotton seersucker skirt.

Feel free to poke around the site more. They have lots of knee length +/- skirts this season. Their products are not cheap, but they are well made. I've been buying from them for almost 25 years.
