Skirt Cafe is an on-line community dedicated to exploring, promoting and advocating skirts and kilts as a fashion choice for men, formerly known as men in skirts. We do this in the context of men's fashion freedom --- an expansion of choices beyond those commonly available for men to include kilts, skirts and other garments. We recognize a diversity of styles our members feel comfortable wearing, and do not exclude any potential choices. Continuing dialog on gender is encouraged in the context of fashion freedom for men. See here for more details.
Let's hope and pray that all our skirted/kilted brethren in New Zealand
are safe and well.

All OK up here. I haven't seen any news pics yet but will shortly. They were just starting to get things back together after the last lot. It must be really dispiriting for the folks down in Christchurch.
Auckland sits on top of a lot of volcanoes...
Jack,
Good to see you and yours are alright! but my thoughts have got to be with those who have been wobbled excessively, in the United of Kingdom we just don't know how lucky we are, just endless rain, midges and mud to contend with. At least here the ground doesn't move too much!
I am the God of Hellfire! and I bring you truffles!
Actually I don't know people down that way, but my friend Adam does, and he says his friend managed to get out quite unscathed from their collapsed building with a few possessions including his recently purchased small tube buffer unit made by yours truly!
An update on this disaster, among the many to afflict us right now. The death toll is up to 182, counting 40 still missing. Lots of damage to older nice buildings, big debate going on amongst architects...
Dwarfed by the catastrophe which has befallen poor Japan.
