Skirt Cafe is an on-line community dedicated to exploring, promoting and advocating skirts and kilts as a fashion choice for men, formerly known as men in skirts. We do this in the context of men's fashion freedom --- an expansion of choices beyond those commonly available for men to include kilts, skirts and other garments. We recognize a diversity of styles our members feel comfortable wearing, and do not exclude any potential choices. Continuing dialog on gender is encouraged in the context of fashion freedom for men. See here for more details.

When asked 'Why the Kilt?'
I respond-The why is F.T.H.O.I. (For The H--- Of It)
Fascinating clip, Uncle Al! Also I thought it interesting that even with modern technology, there are still some things that seem to need to be done by hand! Thanks again for a really interesting view there...always wondered how they made those things. (Now, how do they make chocolate covered cherries?)
Yet another gem of a video from Uncle Al. Not that we have much to do with baseballs where I live, but the manufacturing process with the really skilled human input is fascinating to watch. Yet another place where robots must take a back seat.
Mind you, I've never seen skirted baseball being played !
