I bought an adidas wrap-round skirt identical to that for wearing on my hols, getting on the ferries to the islands on top of my trunks, and for slipping on and off when going from the nude beaches to the bar/shops etc. Very handy. Reckon mine's about 14" long, and has velcrose fasteners. Got i...

Re: field hockey

Here's a vid about two guys that joined their schools field hockey team. Now THAT brings back good memories for me :) There's nothing like playing field hockey in a skirt :) Thanks for finding that :) Ed Hey, I do that, every easter at Blackpool Hockey Festival!! (Hope my injuries die down a bit so...

Worlds Strongest Man - wears a skirt!

Programme on TV Channel 5 (UK) last night. Naturally, the British entrant (extremely large coloured chappie - he sounded English, not Scottish) wore an over-knee black leather kilt, no sporran for the contast. Brilliant!

For hockey, I could spend £££'s for men's tights, but Pretty Polly 30denier @ £3,50 will do nicely, thank you very much.

Usually the best outlet for skirts are charity shops. OK, most are second-hand, but think of it as re-cycling! They often have a huge variety of styles and sizes, and often something there to go with it...a top/waistcoat, belt, bag...everything!!
And it's always no problem to try the stuff on.

Nice to have the tables turned!

Turned up at my badminton group last week, and before I could get changed from trakky-bottoms into my usual sports-skirt, top and trainers, I was accosted by a lady member. "Howard - you don't have a spare skirt or shorts on you by any chance? I have forgotton my kit and I only the ordinary pan...

Great post, but it only re-emphasises what we already knew, blokes in skirts is quite acceptable. Out in the country I wouldn't have thought anyone would "bother" at all. If everybody who wanted to would simply get on with it then forums like this would be purposeless! I'd be interested to...
