I searched the Balenciaga site but couldn't find the skirt/shirt.

This reminds me of some silly clothing designs found in Garner's Gizmo's and Gadgets.

It's a "pants top". A mere $1,590 USD, priced for the casual stroll in the park. I suppose one could wear it as a skirt if you just filled the side holes in, but that begs the question - what do their sizes mean for this garment? Are they chest measurements or waist? And is it the top waist or bottom waist? Now I'm just curious

Just go to the thrift store, find a skirt, cut two holes in the sides, boom! You now have a product you too can sell for hundreds of dollars. Profit!
