I searched the Balenciaga site but couldn't find the skirt/shirt.

This reminds me of some silly clothing designs found in Garner's Gizmo's and Gadgets.

It's a "pants top". A mere $1,590 USD, priced for the casual stroll in the park. I suppose one could wear it as a skirt if you just filled the side holes in, but that begs the question - what do their sizes mean for this garment? Are they chest measurements or waist? And is it the top waist or bottom waist? Now I'm just curious :D

Just go to the thrift store, find a skirt, cut two holes in the sides, boom! You now have a product you too can sell for hundreds of dollars. Profit!
