WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?

No. What happened there is that the mannequin got an itch on her left shin and went to scratch it, thus dislocating her left arm out of its socket. When the Floor Supervisor came into view she hastily straightened up again, and the jumper was torn off her shoulder &c &c. That's a factor of how stretchy that material is. :wink:
