Skirt Cafe is an on-line community dedicated to exploring, promoting and advocating skirts and kilts as a fashion choice for men, formerly known as men in skirts. We do this in the context of men's fashion freedom --- an expansion of choices beyond those commonly available for men to include kilts, skirts and other garments. We recognize a diversity of styles our members feel comfortable wearing, and do not exclude any potential choices. Continuing dialog on gender is encouraged in the context of fashion freedom for men. See here for more details.

When asked 'Why the Kilt?'
I respond-The why is F.T.H.O.I. (For The H--- Of It)
Oooh! that, cloak(?) is a bit too fey for me, but I’d love to see my GF wearing it. Moonshadow? What do you think? I think I could go for it with a bit more structure, some shoulder reinforcement maybe?
If it has a hood, I'm there! Although I'd like it [the cloak] better in black or a dark hunter green. The leaves are fine though! I believe a darker color would really set the leaves off.
