I was not able to view the image in question and I am a non-Facebook user. That said, however, an avatar here must be less than 80 pixels in any dimension and preferably a JPEG for imagery of a PNG/GIF for line art. If all else fails, and you don't have an original copy of your photo file, download the photo from Facebook and then upload it as your avatar.
