Good article, not new here tho..was in here a couple of weeks ago under the title "man sues New Orleans for $1 over skirt" or something like that and mentioned the same pin striped skirt. One wonders if the arresting officer's wife wears pants instead of a skirt, if so, he'd better arrest her. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. :D
