Male Cabbies to Wear Short Skirts

Apparently in Atlanta Georgia Male cabbies can wear short skirts and dresses but no shorts.
The Federal courts have agreed, stating that the ordinance says nothing about gender, therefor the equal protection claims were thrown out.

I wonder how many guys are going to take them up on their new found freedom?
