2 new skirts off ebay

Post by Since1982 »

Last week I ordered 2 new skirts off ebay, one for general use of a kind I've never had before but always wanted to try, a white nurse's skirt and a nearly full Boho gypsy skirt in a camo color. I got the nurse's skirt today and have it on now. One of the most comfortable skirts I've ever worn. Feels "smooth" to the touch in all parts. It has a elastic waist and is straight to about 3 inches below my knees. I like it so much I'm going to see if they have any more in stock in my size. I bought the Nurse's skirt for $3.00 USD + S&H. Total was about $10.00. A good deal indeed, of course with more than one item at a time S&H can be combined. I've just ordered 5 more. VERY comfy. :thewave:

Full disclosure: New users, when they first sign up, are placed into a special group that allows only a subset of the full functionality of the site. Among the things that these "provisional users" cannot do is view attached imagery and post articles without moderator approval. This was done to cut back on the amount of "spam" that was creeping into the forum; we didn't like doing it, but felt something needed doing. Typically, "provisional users" become "registered users" (the normal user mode) after one or two posts when their intent and sincerity is understood.

Nice to see some humor at this site, humor's been in short supply lately. :blue:

Ha! I should remember that one -- Thanks! But, trust me on this one, you don't want to see me with my skirt off.

Hey! That's my line. At this rate, all I'll have left is, "It looks like I picked a bad week to stop sniffing glue!" (Man, I love that movie!)

Carl, when did you stop sniffing glue? I hear you're bringing back the Revolutionary War times for men's ponytails. Ribbons...They look nice, I'll stick with the scrunchies tho...easier to handle. I just washed my hair and I can't do a THING with it...:) Doing a thing with long hair beyond scrunchies is like wearing a skirt for a man. It would look soo much nicer with a wave in it but......would people notice and think me girly? Heaven forbid! By the way, I finally bought for me what could be considered a mini skirt. just above my knees when standing and 4 inches above my knees when sitting. It FEELS SOOOOO nice tho.. uh oh. :alien:
