Sightings "in the wild"

I spotted a man in Glasgow Central Station today who was wearing patterned tights or legging and a fairly light, floaty green skirt or dress. (He had a jacket on so I couldn't see his top half.) He was getting on a train on a different platform from the one I was on, so no chance to go and speak to him. (There's a chance he was actually a rather masculine woman, I suppose: I didn't get a very long or close look.)

Yep, that's the situation when you don't want to approach and say "heya buddy...nice to see another dude in a skirt" then discover you're speaking to a butch woman. It's a little like asking a woman "When is your due date?" to learn she isn't pregnant...

I was in Kelowna BC yesterday and saw a fellow wearing a mini skirt. It was quite short and he was wearing a thong judging by a view he displayed. Non the less it was a skirt sighting.

He placed his thong higher than where the skirt sat, you know the view, skirt sat just at the convergence zone of cheeks disappearing thong, with thong above by 5cm.
Good for him wearing it but even on women that would not be a common sight.

Ah, not quite so outrageous, and at least legal, though he has a greater tolerance for attention than I have.

I meant to post this earlier, but forgot about it. I was at church where two other adults and I are helping interested kids learn chess. At the same time they were having a funeral in the sanctuary. I saw a man there in a kilt, I suspect he was a musician there to play bagpipes for the funeral...possibly a paid musician. I just said hi to him, didn't talk as I think we were both busy at the time...

Many, many, things have been -- some of which have actually been pretty good ideas. But, it's a decent tag-line.

It mainly depends on the quality-level of the tease, and after one horrid summer of same, I came to the conclusion that the S/N ratio was so abysmally low that it didn't even warrant consideration, nevermind what a then-sitting US President may have thought.

I have standards, dammit. The nice thing about "standards", though, is that there are so many to choose from.

I'm not a big fan of "banning" things, either; that just accentuates their perceived desirability. (Which, of course, works to cross-purposes.)

Quite understood. I just figured I'd rise (or is that sink?) to the occasion with a playful shot at the Big City to my East. I have to admit, "Banned in Boston" does have nice ring to it -- moreso than, say, "wailed about in Worcester" or "laughed at in Leominster".

Ah, Worcester, aka "Wormtown" -- a place where serious submissions for a City Motto included "ashamed of itself and proud" and "the city that eats its young".

Been there...Worcester, err "Wooster". I worked a couple summers in Reading remodeling a house way, way back.
