Re: men, skirts and beer
The skirt is a little on the short side for my tastes, but --- he's got the legs for it.

Ok im proably going to get the fur flying here, cause I know we are all about fashoin freedom, but that type of outfit is the type of outfit that make's it hard for men in skirt's to be more accepted. I mean to each there own, but that just looks way to girly for my taste. I mean yes I wear hose and stuff with my skirts, but that just looks way to fem. I don't mean to ruffle anyone's feather's but that is they way I feel!

Re: men, skirts and beer
maybe swap face before put on website - dont you think?? if not then it much shorter for men to wear like this photo but it good fun to wear. I have some mini skirt between 11" to 14" with black opaque tights.
Re: men, skirts and beer
That's exactly right, if you zoom in close, colors around the head and neck are incorrect. It's a fake.

Re: men, skirts and beer
I liked the "Man Skirt Brewing" one. Thanks for that, Jock.
The other one gave me pause, and it was only until I really thought about it that it dawned on me that the heads were swapped. The interesting thing here was this viewer's initial reaction; I went from thinking "drag" and thence to "lesbian couple". It wasn't until I got home that I had a chance to actually look at the image closely to realise that the heads had been changed 'round (the main hints were in hand sizes and skin tone).
Another thing that I found rather fascinating in revisiting the image was that the woman's head swapped onto the man's body was vastly more "believeable" than the reverse -- and it's probably because we're pretty much inured to that in modern society. That half of the image, taken by itself, would likely not elicit one whit of objection or suspicion of fakery; the other half, however, would likely attract both criticisms almost immediately, unfortunately along with a heaping pile of ridicule. I'm not saying that either one is "right" or "wrong", I'm just stating my view on the matter.
Going further into that image, I also found myself questioning "why" I perceived things the way I did, and I believe it's the societally-strange juxtaposition of the extremely mannish facial features and hair with the quite feminine jacket, V-neck top, and shoes (especially the shoes and top). Taking the hypothesis that the image wasn't a fake, I'd have to posit that (at least in this writer's opinion) the look on the guy was "over the top" and a bit too extreme for present times, but, then again, a skirt on any bloke in the Western world (save the exception granted the kilt) would have been likely looked upon in precisely the same manner -- and we, many by first-hand experience, know that's not the case now.
Several of us here have short skirts, some very short, and know that they can work quite well on guys (so long as the wearer comports himself well in public settings) -- and can be a heck of a lot of fun, too! I suppose the moral here, if there's one to be taken, is "experiment, and learn from those experiments". In short, learn what looks good on you, how to wear in gracefully and in a dignified manner, and out the door you go!

Well, I just 'zoomed' in on the photo, and I couldn't tell
any difference. The 'guys' hands seem correct. The
skin tone was the same on the 'gal' as was the 'guy'.
Maybe it's just my monitor, but all 'looked' as it was not
a 'photo-shopped' picture. The shadow of the 'gals' hair
on the jacket was matched to well. I also noticed a
couple of black 'straps' at the neckline of the T-shirt.
I agree that 'his' outfit was Over The Top. Not my
cup of tea.

I like the thorough outfit but the photo is a fake.
There is nothing worse than double standard!

Here is the photo restored - fairly quickly, hence a bit rough and ready, but you get the idea.

Ahh...believe what you want to. First time I looked at it I saw the strong rippled chest of a man inside that T-shirt. No way that hour glass waist and hips went with that chest. O the wonders of camera tricks. What a modern world we live it.
I had to remove this signature as it was being used on Twitter. This is my OPINION, you NEEDN'T AGREE.
