I wore a thin cotton knee length mauve straight skirt, no tights, Birkenstock sandals, brown cotton tank top to the grocery store this morning. It's 80 degrees F here, and I have both the living room and my bedroom a/c's on. Keeping it at 74f.. I wish it would drop to 65f like last week so I could turn the a/c's off and save some money.

I had to remove this signature as it was being used on Twitter. This is my OPINION, you NEEDN'T AGREE.

On Hogmanay (that's 31 December to non-Scots), I decided at c.11pm to change out of my jeans into my grey kilt. Thus attired, I rejoined a small celebration of six of us, in dark grey long sleeved top. beautiful fluffy grey wool v neck jumper (sweater/pullover/etc) over that, with my grey tweed kilt, nude coloured sheer hosiery (tights) and grey walking socks. Big smiles and thumbs up from all.
Cheers

Grey shirt, knee length denim skirt, black tights, fleece lined boots and a thick coat as it is feeling rather chilly today.

I don't GO outside in this temperature weather. It's 40F outside IN THE KEYS. But inside, the same old plain stuff I wear nearly every day.

In the afternoon, I wore, from foot to head:
brown Asolo hiking boots
gray wool knee-high socks with a double layer of trouser socks underneath (black trouser socks with gray sheer knee-highs on top, then the wool knee-highs on top of that.
two black pleated skirts (one above-knee knife-pleated that's slightly sheer, one black box-pleat mini, that comes to lower-thigh on me)
a black t-shirt
grayish-brown parka
and, to tie the hair back, a black silk scarf, worn as a hairbow.
Comfortable outfit that looked good. When I got home, I added the Levi's denim skirt, since I needed to offload some stuff that I didn't want to mess up the black skirts with. In the morning, I had a pair of olive-green shorts on, since I knew I'd be meeting up with my father, who's helping out with the FEMA relief around here.

Just been out to the shops in my light blue pleated skirt, black darth vader t shirt, with tights and a fleece to keep warm. Same as any 'normal' guy would wear from the waist up. Had the usual interested looks, and one woman said to her friend 'well that's confusing!' which I'm sure was about me (there's nothing particularly confusing about vegetables
) nice to know I made someone think.
I got back to my flat, and was trying to stuff everything into the kitchen cupboards when my slightly hung-over flatmate came in. After a short while he said 'Are you wearing a dress?' To which my response was simply 'No, I'm wearing a skirt,' after which he didn't really know what to say

OK, I know this is for guys to post to, but I can't resist.
With this being Valentine's Day I decided to get dressed up. I wore a red wool double breasted suit with a pleated skirt, a silky printo top (red, fuschis, pink, green with gold metalic highlights), white hose and low heeled black pumps. I even wore makeup and purfume.
Carl was pleased.

Re: What did *you* wear "out and about" today? part2
After Spring teased us with a few 80 degree days, Winter seems to have returned and it is cold and rainy. Having a miserably persistent sinus cold, I've been in sweatpants all weekend, but one night last week the wife and I went to Wilmington for dinner and took in a film at historic Thalian Hall. I wore my long black corduroy skirt, black tights, black Tessa clogs, black T shirt and plum colored sweater.
